Find Your Foundation for Great
BE THE HERO IN YOUR STORY
THE ROAD TO ROLLEY
Rolley began in 2020 during Melbourne’s lockdowns, when our founder Marty repurposed impact mats originally made for a failed water slide venture. What started as a way to avoid waste quickly turned into a lifeline for people building home gyms.
As gyms shut down, demand surged and Rolley mats became known for their durability, grip, and versatility. Shaped by feedback from athletes and fitness enthusiasts, Rolley grew into a brand committed to helping people stay active, strong, and unstoppable, no matter the circumstances.

Questions & Answers
Rolley Mats are made from premium, high density, shock absorbing materials. We developed a special recipe of closed-cell eva foam and natural rubber designed to never fray, crumble or become compressed under normal use.
-----------------
Rolleys have been taking a beating in high-use gyms for over five years so far and are still going strong. Regular mats under the same conditions last between 6 months and two years.
-----------------
We are confident in claiming that a Rolley lasts 10 x longer than your standard mat.
Rolley Mats are designed to absorb impact from dumbells, barbells, kettlebells and atlas stones, protecting both the weights and the floor beneath while significantly reducing noise and vibration.
-----------------
The Dead Head range (35mm/40mm) are Deadlift drop pads designed as a superior alternative to a platform. Just stack rubber gym tiles (or add a ply board topper) in the centre for a harder surface to lift from. Max load 250kg. Best dropped from waist height or lower to reduce bounce.
-----------------
Dead Heads include the Master, Hero, Legend and Champion.
-----------------
The larger mobility mats; Max, Crusader and Classic (30mm) can be used for deadlifts or rows as a platform itself when the weight is under 150kg. Unless your body weight is bigger than average, there will be some 'give' but your feet won't sink into the mat surface with this sort of weight.
-----------------
The Silencer Pad range (50mm/60mm) are designed for cleans, snatches, presses and atlas stones where weights are dropped from height. The combination of the special Silencer Pad material and the extra thickness eliminate the bounce and cut noise by at least 75% compared to a rubber gym tile. Max load 250kg (Atlas Stone), 180kg (Clean/Press)
-----------------
There are some things for which a Rolley is not well suited. This includes heavy barbell squats when you need very firm footing. But they are great to set up on either side of your stance when you walk out of the rack for confidence to drop the bar for safety reasons.
-----------------
Rolley is also not intended as permanent floor support for heavy racks or machines as this will result in compression that over time will not rebound. A cheap rubber mat is all you need there.
-----------------
Rolley material is thermodynamic so we recommend you do not leave your weight plates resting on the mat for extended periods, for the same reason. Short term compression is normal and will dissapear, but if left overnight, especially on a hot day thena cool night, you will end up with permanent dents.
-----------------
Take care lifting and always have a buddy/spotter if you are new or pushing new limits. If you are new to lifting we recommend getting a coach so you learn to lift with proper form to avoid injury.
Good? No. Awesome? Hell Yes! The Rolley Classic is the rolls royce of pilates mats. At 30mm this is the thickest mat on the market. The Classic is designed to provide superior support for your body as you push your limits.
-----------------
Sore joints or a sore back getting in your way? It's time to get on a Rolley.
-----------------
The Rolley Max is Extra Large for full range of movement and the Crusader, whilst it has its war paint for crossfit wall walks, it is the same amazing material and a large foundation for any stretching or mobility work.
-----------------
TO ROLL OR NOT TO ROLL
These thick mats are non-folding, so they are best suited for staying put. Just lean it against the wall or slide it under the bed or couch when you're done.
-----------------
If you need a mat to roll up and take to the studio or gym then you'll want our 10mm thick rollable range; Horizon, Vista & Tempo. Large and still thicker than most.
-----------------
10mm provides great cushioning but as with all Rolley Mats it balances with the right level of firmness and stability so every session is bliss.
-----------------
Say goodbye to cheap flimsy, squishy mats that you'll want to throw out within a year. Rolleys are not destined for landfill.
-----------------
The great hand feel and non-slip surface of a Rolley means you can hold the tricky positions with confidence and also have the freedom for full range of movement.
-----------------
Not suited for hot yoga as the closed cell material does not absorb water. That's why it is mould proof and anti-bacterial to stay looking great for a lifetime. We recommend keeping a towel handy if you get super sweaty.
-----------------
The extreme Yogi may prefer something thinner and a hard surface to be in touch with the earth. For everyone else, Rolley is the King, Queen and everything in between.
Simply wipe down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For gym environments, we recommend a weekly clean to maintain hygiene and grip.
