COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

Quality and durability are core values of Rolley and our specially formulated material was designed to provide superior performance and an exceptional experience. 

A Rolley is made to last and every purchase comes with our lifetime guarantee that your mat will never fray and crumble under normal use.

We believe that products should be designed for both people and planet so in addition to extreme durability, we also have a 'take back' policy so they never end up in landfill. We value design for a circular economy.

TAKE BACK POLICY

Should one day you no longer want your Rolley, for whatever reason, we simply ask that you don't let it become landfill. No payment is involved, but we will find a way to give it a second life. The return shipping is at your cost but just get in touch and we'll coordinate everything with you. If in Melbourne we can accept a drop off at the warehouse by appointment.

REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS & RETURNS

We are confident you will love your Rolley and we carry out quality inspections on all mats prior to shipping but just in case things don't work out here's what we will do:

  1. If you change your mind by the time your Rolley arrives just send it back to us without removing the packaging and we will refund the original purchase price, less a shipping and handling cost, within 14 days of receipt. We'll cordinate the courier and send you the shipping labels. You simply pay for the return courier cost.
  2. If you ordered the wrong size by mistake just send it back and we will send you the mat size you wanted and charge/refund any price difference within 14 days of receipt less a new shipping and handling cost. We'll cordinate the courier and send you the shipping labels. You simply pay for the return courier cost.
  3. If we send you the wrong size by mistake just send it back and we will send you the correct size. We'll cordinate the courier and send you the shipping labels. We pay for the return courier cost.
  4. If your mat packaging arrives visibly damaged from transit such the mat is likely to be unusable, then just take a photo without unpacking it and email it to us within 3 days of it arriving and we will investigate. If deemed a valid claim we will send you a new one.
  5. If you discover a major defect in your mat after you have unpacked, that deems it no longer fit for purpose, then take a photo and email it to us within 3 days and we will review and, if valid, pay for the return courier and send you a new one.

All refund/return requests must be made by email within 3 days of receipt and damage claims must be supported by time stamped photos.

NOTES ON DEFECTS:

  1. The foaming process for a Rolley is a bit like making a cake so some minor cosmetic flaws may occur from time to time like tiny bubbles, pin holes, splits or craters. These imperfections do not affect performance. 
  2. A major defect could be something like a deep cut/split along an edge or major surface craters that were overlooked during our quality inspection.

  4. Due to the manual cutting process, allow for tolerances in dimensions of +/- 3cm. This is not considered a defect.
  5. We recommend that you do not leave weights on the mat for extended periods, especially on hot days, or store the mat in a way that it can be squeezed or dented by other equipment.  This can lead to permanent impressions and we cannot accept fault.
