REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES

Quality and durability are core values of Rolley and our specially formulated material was designed to provide superior performance and an exceptional experience. 

A Rolley is made to last and every purchase comes with our lifetime guarantee. We believe that products should be designed for a circular economy so in addition to extreme durability, our mats contain recycled materials and come with a 'take back' policy. 

TAKE BACK POLICY

Should you no longer want your Rolley, for whatever reason, we simply ask that you don't let it become landfill. No payment is involved but we will find a way to give it another life. Just send it back. 

REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS & RETURNS

We are confident you will love your Rolley and we carry out quality inspections on all mats prior to shipping but just in case things don't work out here's what we will do:

  1. If you change your mind by the time your Rolley arrives just send it back to us without removing the packaging and we will refund the original purchase price, less the shipping cost, within 14 days of receipt. You simply pay for the return courier cost.
  2. If you ordered the wrong size by mistake just send it back and we will send you the mat size you wanted and refund any price difference within 14 days of receipt. You pay for the return courier cost.
  3. If we send you the wrong size by mistake just send it back and we will send you the correct size. We pay for the return courier cost.
  4. If your mat arrives badly damaged from transit then just take a photo without unpacking it and send it to us within 3 days of it arriving and we will arrange and pay for the return courier at our cost and send you a new one.
  5. If you discover a major defect in your mat after you have unpacked it then take a photo and send it to us within 3 days of it arriving and we will arrange and pay for the return courier at our cost and send you a new one.

All refund/return requests must be made by email within 4 days of receipt and damage claims must be supported by time stamped photos.

Notes on defects:

  • The foaming process for a Rolley is a bit like making a cake so some minor cosmetic flaws may occur from time to time like tiny bubble craters. These will not deteriorate further or diminish performance. 
  • A major defect could be something like a deep cut/split along an edge that we overlooked during our quality check.
  • There can be a faint scent with a fresh Rolley, a bit like a new pair of runners. This is not toxic but if you are sensitive we suggest you leave your mat in a ventilated place for a few days until the scent fades. Outdoors is fine (Rolley is water proof) but the material will soften with heat/sun so store it flat or leaning in a way that won't put it at risk of warping.
