The Rolley Atlas is designed primarily as a firm lifting platform for Atlas Stone over-yoke workouts. Its 10 mm closed-cell topper is made from the same material as Dead Heads, providing a stable surface that resists excessive sinking and wipes clean after using tacky.

Underneath, 50 mm of CR foam absorbs impact and noise while helping protect the floor.

When training Atlas Stone over yoke alone, flip one Rolley Atlas over to create a stable, protective landing surface with virtually no bounce. For a two-sided setup, use a second Atlas Silencer Pad on the landing side, topper side up.

Always check the pad position and ensure the lifting and landing areas are clear before each attempt.
